Frostburg State University's Educational Access Channel 3 (FSU-TV3) reaches nearly 5,000 homes in the Frostburg area on the basic tier on Comcast cable system. It is programmed and operated by students in the Department of Mass Communication during the Fall, Intersession and Spring semesters.
